Programmer minimum requirement:

• Know basic computer usage
• Know some English
• And some time and practice

You don't need any talent to start being a programmer. What is needed is curiosity and perseverance. also, you don't need a tutoring program (I still recommend it) because the programming language developed in the internet era so all documentation and how-to are on the internet.

If you encounter problems don't be afraid to google the problems you encounter or ask other programmers.

To get started as a programmer, you don't need any special software or computer. a normal computer will do its job, but a modern computer with more than 8 GB of ram is recommended.
